What's included in the Zoi Membership?
Zoi Memberships are offered in three tiers, designed to support different levels of care and frequency. All memberships are redeemed in person at Zoi Well Clinic.
Tier 1 Zoi Membership
Includes:
- 1 monthly service (choose one: 60-minute Acupuncture, 60-minute Massage Therapy, or Seasonal Facial)
- 1 infrared sauna session
Tier 2 Zoi Membership
Includes:
- 1 monthly service (choose one: 75-minute Acupuncture, 75-minute Massage Therapy, or 75-minute Botanical Glow Facial)
- 1 infrared sauna session
- Priority booking access
Tier 3 Zoi Membership
Includes:
- 2 monthly services (use how you choose: 60-minute Acupuncture, 60-minute Massage Therapy, or Facial Sessions 60–75 minutes)
- 2 infrared sauna sessions
- Quarterly wellness check-in (virtual or in clinic)
- May be split between two people in the same household

- Molecular hydrogen water membership
- Member savings on additional services
- Member savings on retail products
- Member savings at Zoi Market & Meridian
- Same-day friend perk (your guest receives your member discount when booked the same day)

Can I choose any service every month?
Yes! Each month, you may choose one of the following:
- 60-minute Acupuncture
- 60-minute Massage
- 75-minute Botanical Facial
You can also upgrade your session (e.g., add time to a massage or include service add-ons) and receive 10% off those additions.
Any additional service booked during the same month receives 15% off.
Example:
Your first 60-minute massage is included in your membership. If you book a Botanical Facial later that day or at another date during the same month, you'll pay just $123.25 instead of $145 (15% off).
How are my discounts applied?
- Your first monthly service is fully covered by your $115 membership fee.
- Any add-ons or time extensions to your membership service receive 10% off.
- Any additional services booked in the same month receive 15% off.
- Discounts must be applied manually at checkout by front desk staff.
What’s the difference between a Discounted Package (acupuncture, massage, facial rejuvenation) and the Membership?
Discounted Packages:
- Pre-pay for 6–10 treatments of the same type (Acupuncture, Massage, or Facial Rejuvenation)
- Receive 10% off the total cost
- Services must be used by the same individual
Membership:
- Flexible service selection each month (clinic or spa)
- Includes one service + sauna session per month
- Offers 15% off additional services within the same month
- Broader access and more ongoing savings
What is included in the Botanical Glow Facial
A restorative 75 minute facial using effective botanical skincare products & calming lymphatic techniques. Includes cleanse, exfoliation, mask, massage, and hydration.
What’s the difference between a Wellness Program and the Membership?
Wellness Programs are customized, results-driven plans for reversing chronic symptoms using:
- 14 appointments over 3–6 months
- Comprehensive lab testing (GI, hormone, inflammation, and blood)
- Herbal medicine, personalized planning, and reporting
- 15–20% off all clinical services
While Wellness Program patients automatically receive 10% off spa services, they do not receive the full membership benefits unless they also enroll in the membership.
What if I want Spa benefits while I am on a Wellness Program?
If you’re on a Wellness Program, you already receive:
- Clinical care discounts
- 10% off all spa services
Adding a Zoi Membership gives you:
- One monthly 60-min service (Massage, Acupuncture, or Botanical Facial)
- One free sauna session per month
- 15% off additional spa treatments that month
- 10% off Zoi Market and Meridian purchases
Can my unused monthly sessions roll over?
Yes – up to 2 months of unused services can roll over, per year
Can I share my membership?
Yes! If you bring a friend with you on the same day as your appointment, they can enjoy the same benefits for the same price you are paying per month. They must pre-book their service in advance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely.
To cancel:
- Log into the Shopify account where you started your membership
- Use the link in your confirmation email
- Cancel anytime, no penalties
